The side effect I have experienced is heavy sweating but i cannot take ibuprofen has I have a stomach ulcer.

I take tramadol for arthritic pain in my back and hips, it can make you tired, and is not effective all the time. Sometimes when the pain gets very bad I take parecetamol with the tramadol

Bad side effect of chronic constipation. However dealing with that is better then the level of pain I was dealing with before I got thgo prescription
